We
proudly promote the RMHS theatre program activities within our
community to provide greater exposure for performances as well as
fundraising opportunities, including posting flyers/brochures,
contacting businesses and activity directors, and social networking
via Twitter and Facebook.
We assist
the RMHS Theatre Arts Director in assessing program needs that
could be met in part, if not in total, by TAB. These include
items such as set materials, props, costumes, makeup, lighting/sound
equipment, printing and promotion costs, scripts/licenses, fees and
travel costs for festivals and competitions, and personnel/labor
needs.

We do
fundraising, from interested individuals and businesses.
Contributions to TAB are tax deductible.
We facilitate
communications between the RMHS Theatre Arts Director and
parents and other interested parties. We enable a single point
of contact for the Director to rapidly communicate with our member
database.
We provide information
for parents and other interested parties regarding the RMHS Theatre
Arts program schedule of events, general theatre arts information of
interest, and other opportunities for parents and students
(performances, venues, auditions, college and career info, etc.).
We provide chaperones
and adjudicators for performances and travel.

We provide volunteers
for lobby/backstage needs for performances, such as for ticket and
concession sales, costume/makeup/tech assistance, etc.
We produce and sell
company and show t-shirts for promotional and fundraising
purposes.
We produce the annual
TAB Awards ("TABBIES") at the end of the school year, including
recognition of outstanding student achievements and awarding of
scholarships.
